You have to be number 1 on top of the list for probably over a week or 2. Not everyone can become sponsored. You gotta be pro. My friend got sponsored from Logic Gamers for Tekken 6.

Its really difficult to do virtually. You’ve got to get out and show that your good and serious. You need to go to tournaments and win, its the best way to get some attention. As far as I know there aren’t any tournaments hosted on xboxlive or ps3 online. If your playing on a pc it might be easier as i know there are sites like Garena that host tournaments. But yeah, its a really small chance, especially with a game like modern warfare 2. Alot of people could look good, you just need crappy opponents.
Alot of people want to be sponsered. First off, you need to be good. Your clan needs to win atleast 90% of the matches they play, and they can’t be against your 9 yearold cousins team. My main concern when looking for someone to sponser for MLG is that they can survive on the next level of gameing. Most people thing there good enough, but very few can. Most people subconciously play weak games like ground war or domination and get a nuke then think there good.
My next biggest concern is do they have the personality and matureity. I don’t care what age you are, but when one of your team mates just sits there and never says a word, then he’s useless to me, same as the guy who screams “F that, thats BS, how the hell you hit me?”. What i like to see is someone who is funny, gets along good with there team, and i can put up on a stage and people will want to see them or ask about them.
Finally, if your under 18, let me crush your dreams right now. No one wants to sponser younger kids. It’s a hastle going through labor laws, parental choices, school, etc.
If your still interested, go look up MLG and try to get in on some pick up matches against crappy MLG teams. Thats probly your best way to get noticed. And No, no one gives a damn what you did here or there, if you can’t do it when needed you can’t do it. Just remember that.
First, stop sleeping, stop eating, stop drinking, and turn on your tv and xbox, and play nonstop for four years. Now that you are tenth prestige, and you are amazing at the game, spend all of your time playing gamebattles and moving up the ladder. Once you are number 1, undefeated, and ranked under 500, you will be sponsored…maybe. Most likely, you won’t.
